A collision occurred at 1228 a.m. 3 miles North of Lebanon on Ky 49. Richard Diffee, age 27, of Loretto, not belted, was operating a 1993 Chevrolet Van Northbound on Ky 49 when he left the roadway, struck a bridge, and overturned.
